Refund/Cancellation Policy

You are welcome to follow our cancellation/refund policy if, for any reason, you are not completely gratified with your subscription package.

Interpretation and Definitions:


Following words with a capitalized initial letter has a defined meaning below. Also, the definitions are intended to have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Guidelines Governing Our Refund Policy:
  • All Web Design & Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, Marketing, Hosting Services, and Website Maintenance are carried out and accepted after comprehensive analysis.
  • We create a complete scope document and ensure that our teams have a full acquaintance of the work needed to be done, eradicating the possibility of any project cancellation/reversal/dispute.
  • Since Trank Technologies understands that there is work involved to achieve every crossroads of the project and fulfilment of every module, reimbursement/refund for previously assigned work would be impossible.
  • All fees for personalized design projects and the services listed above are non-refundable. It is Trank Technologies's policy to retain all charges paid in the event of a project cancellation or postponement.
  • There may be circumstances in which we cannot obtain and must cancel some orders. Our company reserves the right to decline or revoke any order for any reason at our sole discretion, without any claims or obligation to pay finance costs or interest on the amount.
  • If the Company cancels your order after charging your credit or debit card, the amount charged will be reimbursed to your credit or debit card account.
  • In the event that your order is cancelled, whether it is in whole or in part, or if additional information is required to accept your order, you will be notified.

Conditions for Refunds:

Full Refund:

When the project has not been initiated, or the design style has not been altered, the Full Refund Policy will take effect upon receipt of the upfront payment and will last 180 days.

Partial Refund:

The company will issue a partial refund if we fail to deliver your project in a timely manner after the initial design style has been approved. Please note, the partial return is anticipated to be equivalent to the amount of work completed.

No Refund:

No returns will be granted if the project has been completed and launched to the server.
