We are looking for an International Business Development Executive for IT/Digital Sales (US). The ideal candidate should have good command over the English language along with motivation to achieve high incentive Sale Targets. Basic understanding of Website/Application Development and Digital marketing would be preferred. Candidate upto experience of 2 years in International Sales/ International Customer Service experience will be an added advantage for the candidate.

Skills Required:

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Engaging communication skills.
  • Patient and motivated for sales targets.
  • Open to work in US or UK shift timings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term customer relationships.

Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers and generate leads for our sales team. This role focuses on initiating conversations, building initial interest, and passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
  • Introduce company services/products and create initial interest.
  • Understand basic customer requirements and qualify leads.
  • Schedule callbacks, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel.
  • Follow up with prospects when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in telecalling/customer interaction.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Confident and polite speaking manner.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
